Inspired by the beautiful West Coast of Canada, Daydream Organics offers herbal remedies that seamlessly blend ancestral healing traditions and the magic of nature with the needs of our modern world. We believe in living and learning alongside nature - each of our products have been intentionally created to embody the wisdom and deeply healing powers of nature. Daydream Organics offers everyday herbalism for everyday living and wellbeing.
Every product we create is a labor of love, sustainably handmade in small batches to ensure the quality of herbal remedies possible. Our commitment to sustainability and regeneration can be seen through every step of our process, from the way we source our ingredients to the packaging we use. We believe in caring for the earth as much as it cares for us.
Our mission is simple: to help you rediscover and heal yourself through nature. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, no matter where you are or how busy you may be, Daydream Organics connects you back to the natural world.

A Note from Our Founder
Growing up as the daughter of a herbalist, it was only natural that I immersed myself into the world of herbal medicine and natural healing, too.
After many transformative experiences with herbal medicine of my own, I created Daydream Organics to share the magic and wisdom of nature with others. I am a firm believer in living and learning with nature, and it is my daydream to help others reconnect with themselves by reconnecting with nature.
Through our earth-born, time honoured and deeply nourishing herbal remedies I believe we can create more sustainable, regenerative and healing ways living - for both ourselves and our planet.

Where is Daydream Organics based?
Born on Vancouver Island, Daydream Organics is a Canadian West Coast brand through and through. In 2023, we moved to Vancouver where we currently live and work.
Who is Behind Daydream Organics?
Behind Daydream Organics is Remy, a 20 something nature and health enthusiast as well as her father, Shawn and brother, Teagan.
What is Herbal Medicine?
Herbal Medicine is the study and practice of herbs and plants for medicinal benefit. Herbs contain many different components and compounds, which when extracted from the plant, have the ability to exert a variety of positive effects on the mind and body. Herbal Medicine can be understood as a natural way of healing, nourishing and rebalancing the body.
What is an Adaptogen?
An adaptogen is a natural substance, often derived from plants and herbs, that helps the body adapt to stress and maintain balance. Adaptogens support the body's ability to cope with physical, emotional, and environmental stressors, promoting overall wellbeing and resilience.
Are Daydream Organics Products Herbalist Formulated?
Yes! All of our products are formulated by Shawn, who is a herbalist of 25+ years, and Remy, who has been practicing Herbal Medicine for 5+ years and is currently studying as a Holistic Nutritionist.

Are Your Products Certified Organic?
Most of our products are certified organic! There are a few, however, that are not (which we consider to be a good thing).
Our American Ginseng, for example, comes from a small BC based family farm that does incredible work, but simply doesn't care to jump through the hoops and pay the fees to get organic certification. Despite not having the certification, their product exceeds all expectations when it comes to their growing practices and is the best that we have found!
If a herb is not certified organic, rest assured that it's ethically wildharvested or sustainably cultivated using organic practices. All of our herbs are tested for potency and purity, ensuring the best quality possible.
Are Your Products Allergen Friendly?
Yes, our products are allergen friendly. All of our products are dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free and made using only plant based materials.
Are Your Products Safe for Children and Breastfeeding or Pregnant Women?
Many of our products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women, but we recommend you speak to your primary health care provider for professional advice to determine which are safe and suitable for you.
Our products are created for adults. For children, we recommend consulting a healthcare practitioner prior to use and ensuring that the dosage is appropriate for the childs bodyweight.
Why Do Your Products Include Alcohol?
Alcohol is commonly used to make herbal tinctures due to its ability to efficiently extract and preserve the active constituents of herbs. Alcohol serves as an excellent solvent, extracting a wide range of bioactive compounds and therapeutic components from the plant material. This extraction process ensures that the tincture captures the full spectrum of beneficial properties present in the herbs.
We use a non-GMO and organic cane alcohol to ensure that the tincture is made with the highest quality alcohol available.
Per dose, the alcohol content in the tincture is extremely low (think the alcohol content in a bottle of kombucha) .
What's the Difference Between Tinctures, Powders and Teas?
An herbal tincture is a potent and convenient form of herbal medicine that delivers a strong dose in the easy to use format of a liquid extract! Tinctures are also the most bioavailable form of herbal medicine due to its alcohol base.
Herbal teas and powders are great options for those who don't like the strong taste or alcohol content of a tincture. Despite being slightly less effective than a tincture due to being absorbed via the digestive system, herbal teas and powders are great methods of consuming herbs. How Do I Use a Herbal Tincture?
All tinctures come with a recommended dosage listed on the label as per Health Canada's suggestions. We recommend starting low, and adjusting as necessary based on your own personal needs.
Each dropper has measurements markers to help you ensure you're taking the recommended amount!
Herbal tinctures are best taken by placing the tincture directly beneath the tongue. They can also be added into your beverage of choice.
How Do I Use a Herbal Powder?
Herbal Powders can be used in smoothies, soups, salad dressings, coffees and teas and more!
How Do I Brew a Herbal Tea?
To brew a medicinal cup of herbal tea, we suggest allowing the herbs to steep in the water for 10-15 minutes. It is also important to cover the tea using a lid while it steeps, this will ensure that the essential oils and medicinal compounds do not dissipate with the steam.
Honey and lemon can be added to help with taste, although we tend to think the teas taste wonderful on their own!

Can I Get a Refund for My Order?
We want you to be happy with your order! Should you order not be up to your satisfaction, please send us a email at hello@daydreamorganics.ca and we'll be happy to help you find a solution.
How Long Will My Order Take?
From the time of the order, it typically takes us up to 48 hours to fulfill the order and have it shipped. Shipping times will depend on where you live, more accurate shipping information can be found using your Canada Post or USPS tracking number.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, all orders will come with a tracking number from Canada Post or USPS. This will be delivered to you once your order has been fulfilled and the package has been received or scanned by Canada Post.
My Order Says Delivered, By I Have Not Received It.
It's common for Canada Post to deliver packages to the nearest post office. If you've received a notification of delivery but haven't received the package to your house, please check with your local post office. If the package is not there, please email us at hello@daydreamorganics.ca so that we can promptly resend the package for you.
